Your comfort and well-being are of our utmost concern. With patient comfort and wellbeing our priority your consultation visit will involve relaxing in a comfortable reclining chair thus allowing you to view a large ceiling monitor above revealing the current status of your teeth and supporting oral tissues through the auspices of our intra and extra oral cameras and supporting digital radiography.

We take “before” and “after” treatment photos for every patient, so you can check firsthand the results we have achieved. Throughout your visit we will also keep you informed of what is happening step by step during your treatment. No guesswork or uncertainty – just good old fashioned patient information and care.

Alternatively you may wish to watch a video on the big screen to take your mind off the treatment. “Happy Gas” is also available for those nervous patients.

Dr Tim Park

As a graduate of the Bachelor of Medical Science with honours from The University of Sydney, Dr Tim Park completed his dental degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast.

Dr Juliet Kim

Dentist

Dr Juliet Kim completed her dental degree at the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2005 and started working for the Queensland Health Government Clinic and held the position as a Clinical Supervisor.

Dr Dennis Kwon completed his study at Griffith University with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science, and a Graduate Diploma in Dentistry.

Sophie has been our Oral Health Therapist since 2014. After graduating Central Queensland University with Bachelor of Oral Health with honours, she was hand selected to implement and advance the hygiene division for Exceptional Dental.

Dr David Leong

Dr David Leong is an AHPRA registered specialist in Endodontics. He completed his undergraduate dental training at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2009 and practiced as a general dentist in both the public sector and private practice in New South Wales and South-East Queensland.

Missed Appointment Policy

We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us. We ask that you consider and value the time we have set aside for your appointment and give us more than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows for other patients in need to be seen and treated.

A missed appointment is defined as:
1. an appointment that you do not attend or
2. an appointment with less than 24 hours notice to either cancel or reschedule or
3. arrive more than 15 minutes late for scheduled appointment time.
As a courtesy, we send a series of reminder messages to limit missed appointments and we also attempt to fill any missed appointments with patients on our short notice lists.
A fee of $100 per 30 minutes of allocated chair time will be incurred for missed appointments. If we are able to fill your allocated time slot with another patient/treatment we will waive this fee. Each and every missed appointment charge will be at the discretion of the Practice Manager.
Patients who have a history of multiple and regular missed appointments (2 or more) may be required to pre-pay for any appointments upon booking. This is also at the discretion of the Practice Manager.
Procedures that require lab works, dental cosmetic procedures, may require a deposit at the time of booking.
